Navigation
The toolbar down the left hand side of the site will take you to all the major sections in the site. If you are in a section and want to return to the home page for that section, simply go to the top of the page and you will see a menu similar to this one

Simpy select the section heading and you'll be taken to the home page. At the bottom of each page is a text menu that will take you to all the main sections

Searching
If you are not sure where an item is listed simply visit our search engine and enter the phrase or the word you are interested in

Autoresponders
If you would like a copy of the page, simply locate the Send IT box in the left hand toolbar and enter your email address.

Then select whether you want the text or HTML version (if you Microsoft Outlook Express, Netscape Communicator 4 or Eudora Pro 4). The page will be sent to you within a couple of minutes
