There are three ways that questionnaires can be distributed.

E-Mail
Questionnaires can be contained within the text of an E-Mail. Each E-Mail is customised with the customers name (and account number if required). To complete a questionnaire all the recipient needs to do is press the Reply button in their E-Mail package and enter their answers.

Web
A questionnaire can be either be hosted on your Web site (or on the Digital Nation Web Site). It can be either "public" so that any visitor can complete it or "private" where it is hidden on a secure part of the site. We can send E-Mails to all the recipeients directing them to location of the questionnaire on the Web site.
